Rollover methong for Buxl

SC Data Symbol: GX Currently Buxl uses rollover Method6. IMHO it should use Method8 just like Bund (GG). The Buxl is already rolled, but there basically no trades in H18 compared to Z17. |

SP doesn't have a rollover configured right now. IMHO this should be similar to ES: Method3(8, 3)

RTY also seems to have this problem, should probably be Method3(8, 3) as well
