Hello team hope you are well. Very basic question - I have been reading through the Attach Order feature and learned how to do bracket orders etc, now: let´s say I have an open buy order, how can I add a simple stop loss to it? I go into the trade window for chart, set the stop loss but then.. what do I have to press to make it work? I have read through the "Changing Attached Orders Configuration After Parent Order Has Filled" but still can´t figure out! thanks! Thanks |

You just simply submit the Stop order as a single independent Stop order. You do not need to use Attached Orders for this.

thank you for your quick reply! apologise for my dumbness.. what is the button to "submit" the order? do I have to send necessarily an opposite sell stop? I am asking because I am limited by my broker by the number of orders I can open at a given time. Thank you!! |

Or once you have set the controls to submit the stop order on the Trade Window then simply use the "Sell" button at the bottom of the Trade Window.
