ReplaY; Accurate Trading System Back Mode has quit working (at least for me)

It started on Wed 11/22; I have been doing many backtests for system analysis (automated spreadsheet trading) then all of a sudden when I hit "Play" the chart reloads and that is it, no more action. The replay panel sits there back to "Play" button focused; in the log is says; [replay 60X 'any product' reloading chart; date;]
This testing is on automated spreadsheets for trading that have until now successfully replayed;
Tested this issue on two different computers with different trading systems, with no success;
I have tried almost all speeds & different variations with no success; even 'standard replay' has the same reaction;
I even loaded the example chart book with the USD/EUR & .scss files & when I run it get the same result;
I downloaded today the latest version of SC & same response;
I am not sure if I did something to cause this or not & I can't figure out why this has happened. Please point me in the direction to fix this, thx...

Additional notes:
I reverted back to version 1629 on one machine and the replay works fine; the other machine, version 1644 will do replay only as long as you select "start date & time" & assign a date & time.

The other possibility which is unlikely, is that there is a problem with the timestamps of data in the chart.
Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
