The data feed is now working again. We apologize for this. It appears to have been a problem on the BitMEX side.

Thank you for swift resolution. Is there a way for you to automate the reporting and possibly the resolution of similar issues in the future? I'm very impressed by your level of support, but my "feature request" is for these kind of things to resolve it self without manual interference through the forum. |

What we observed is that the BitMEX data feed was just not providing any data and when we reconnected Sierra Chart to their system, then the data feed from their system was being provided. So we made a change, which should better detect this kind of condition but we will not know unless it happens again. Normally Sierra Chart detects inactivity on the data feed but there was some activity on the web socket so now we isolated it to market data and error messages.
