Hello Support, I am on my 2nd day of testing Sierrachart and I do meet some difficulties here: 1/ The instance n°2 never succeed to connect as I get this constant error message: DTC - Sub Instance | Connecting to the server 127.0.0.1. Port 0 | 2017-11-14 12:36:18 DTC Client (62) | Creating socket. | 2017-11-14 12:36:18 DTC Client (62) | Error connecting. Address Family: 2. IP: 127.0.0.1. Windows error code 10049: L’adresse demandée n’est pas valide dans son contexte. | 2017-11-14 12:36:18 * DTC Client (62) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10049: L’adresse demandée n’est pas valide dans son contexte. | 2017-11-14 12:36:18 * DTC Client (62) | Initiating close of socket by core. | 2017-11-14 12:36:18 DTC Client (62) | Closed. | 2017-11-14 12:36:18 Error connecting to Data or Trading service. For help with this issue, press the 'Send For Analysis' button on this window. | 2017-11-14 12:36:18 To prevent further connection attempts, select 'File >> Disconnect'. | 2017-11-14 12:36:18 DTC - Sub Instance | Disconnected. | 2017-11-14 12:36:18 Will reconnect to the server in 2.0 minutes. Select 'File >> Disconnect' to prevent further connection attempts. | 2017-11-14 12:36:18 2/ On the first instance, i get another message log: Warning: Caught an exception during the processing of a timer event. | 2017-11-14 12:39:06 * 3/ I do not succeed to move back to the left my graph from any chart by using the mouse scroll, whatever option I have chose from the ladder price scale on the right. 4/ How it is possible to decide if receiving message log or not chartbook by chartbook please ? Did not find a way to do that. I have tried to find solution on the Help section...but I do not find the solutions. |
