Issue on Sierracharts 2nd day experience

Hello Support,

I am on my 2nd day of testing Sierrachart and I do meet some difficulties here:


1/ The instance n°2 never succeed to connect as I get this constant error message:

2/ On the first instance, i get another message log:

Warning: Caught an exception during the processing of a timer event. | 2017-11-14 12:39:06 *



3/ I do not succeed to move back to the left my graph from any chart by using the mouse scroll, whatever option I have chose from the ladder price scale on the right.



4/ How it is possible to decide if receiving message log or not chartbook by chartbook please ? Did not find a way to do that.


I have tried to find solution on the Help section...but I do not find the solutions.

1, 2. Update Sierra Chart to the current version following these instructions here:

3. We are not understanding this. But refer to:
