Upgraded to version 1625 yesterday Oct 19, 2017. Following issues.

1. I have numerous charts loaded in several chart books, a combination of Range-Per-Bar-Standard charts and time-bar charts. When I load SC, the range bar charts change to time-bar charts. I reset them them all to range bar, save, rebooted, loaded again and same issue.
2. Right click on a text on chart and error dialog box pops up "encountered an improper argument". This only occurs in one of my SC installs. I have one install that I use for intraday charts and this edit chart drawing properties isn't evident in that install. It does occur in my other install though which is for daily charts.

FYI both installs were updated at the same time so they are identical versions of 1625.

1. We apologize for this. This was an unexpected issue. It has been resolved in latest revision of version 1625. Update to the latest "Prerelease", by following the instructions here to update:
Software Download: Fast Update

After updating you need to change the Bar Period Type in Chart >> Chart Settings back to the Range Per Bar setting you were using.

Or you can use a backup Chartbook as explained here:
Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File

2. Attach the Sierra3.cfg file from that installation where you have this problem, by following the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile

It will be privately attached. But you can also make it private if you need to.

We might also need to get the chartbook as well.
