Can refresh chart but then it freezes

Good morning, I am new to SC but liking the software. I am in Combi9ne with TST and this is my second day! I have been running SC all morning, meaning from 0300 CT (I am in UK), but from about 08:10 CT, I am freezing up. I can refresh with hist data, but no new ticks are coming in. Please help. I also have the same problem. No feed. I can connect, and download historical data. But there is no live data coming in. No bid/ask data on the DOM. Nothing.

I wonder if this is similar to the issue on Friday, when support suggested downloading v997, which I did and set it up on Friday. I have data now and it is working fine though initially there were very few ticks in the tick chart, but as I say it looks good now

In the TST squawk room, many othere think it is a FIX problem and are running the v 997 same as me. v 997 is looking fine now
