problem russell DOM ,not show order and position to DOM

The order is accepted no error messages, just not visible on the DOM, I know you throw a mistake as it looks, this is a problem in the software before it happened to me, and you fix the problem, now it reappeared, broker server accepts the order, but the software does not show DOM Attached Images |

In the second image where you show the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders tab, the order is shown as "Canceled". Why was the order canceled? Your Broker/trading service will be able to tell you that. If you are having a problem with not seeing displayed your current actual position that you currently have in the market, then use the order fill calculated position. Perhaps you will be like this more clearly, I have atached order, see the take profit and stop loss 5 tick but is not seen sell order, that's the problem

We know what the problem is. It has to do with the account number changing to 25000 from the server. This is an unusual circumstance. The question is not clear. If you are having a problem with not seeing displayed your current actual Trade Position that you currently have in the market, then use the Order Fill Calculated Position for the chart or Trade DOM.
