In the second image where you show the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders tab, the order is shown as "Canceled". Why was the order canceled? Your Broker/trading service will be able to tell you that. If you are having a problem with not seeing displayed your current actual position that you currently have in the market, then use the order fill calculated position.
