We know that you wanted remote support for this, but we hesitate to get involved in that because we cannot know specifically what the right options symbol format is. This is controlled by Interactive Brokers.

And potentially it is a trial and error process also requiring us to access information through your Trader Workstation which you are going to know better than we are. So we would rather just you work on this using the information that we provide and also contact Interactive Brokers for help in combination with our documentation.

If you need further help when you encounter a symbol error with particular options symbol, we need to see a copy of the Message Log:

If you aren't willing to support this effort via a paid teamviewer session, then I know that I have no chance of resolving it.
