Hi,

just wondering what the best way to lay out my charts and studies is within a chartbook. I have assumed that using a single chart referencing multiple charts via Study Price Overlays and then displaying using Bar Colour on the main chart is the best approach for me atm. But it is the most efficient method? Seems that I could reduce the number of Studies I need to use if I put all the studies hidden on the main chart and then just use Bar colour, without the need to Study Overlays.

Is there much of an impact in terms of performance from running extra charts and study overlays?

Just picked up Sierra last week so forgive me if this is common knowledge, I tried to search on it

Thanks
S
