How to Post a Message for Support

CTS T4 not getting live data

At first I was having issues with NQ - now it is all markets.
I am connected but no live data

I cant get any live data.
I have restarted computer.
checked to make sure contracts are correct and also updated to latest release and then rolled back to previous release per other posts regarding the fix.

please advise

There was a problem under certain conditions when using CTS, like this. However, it is resolved in the current versions.

So we think the issue must be a market data authorization issue.
