it happened again this morning and windows firewall is off so your answer cannot be right...and my log didn't say anything was wrong...but my charts froze for a few moments

We cannot solve connectivity problems. Our answer is correct that there is a connectivity issue. This is with absolute certainty. It has nothing to do with any particular Sierra Chart version. That is an incorrect conclusion.

We cannot resolve connectivity issues.
