I am using 2 copies of SC per the documentation instructions. I can see the Source chart and the Destination chart for the same instrument in my Destination copy. But the Source chart is not updating from my Open Ecry real-time data feed, even though I have entered the correct symbol in the Alternate Real-Time Update Symbol field.

From the documentation:
9.In the Destination copy, to be able to have a Historical Daily chart update in real time, access Market Depth data, access Time and Sales data, and/or to support trading for the symbol, enter the corresponding symbol in the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Alternate Real-Time Update Symbol

Is this a known issue? Or is there something I may have missed? Do you need to review my log or my chartbook?

We are not completely clear as to your configuration. However, we recommend enabling Global Settings >> General Settings >> Use Non-Chart Data from Remote Instances.
