Would like to export data from a custom study, no matter what I change on the chart when I export to a text file I always get the same result in the text file. I would like to be able to export exactly what I see on the chart to a text file with the custom study information. If I go to the studies to graph window and change the ID's or the subgraph or the value format for a study, when I try and export the data from a custom study the result is the same. In addition, there is also data that is missing from the custom study that I would like to export. It would also be great if instead of exporting bar and study data to a text file, that it would use the name or ID of the data instead of calling everything 'line'

This is very vague. And what you describe is very inconsistent with how this functionality works:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Export Bar and Study Data to Text File

If you have a question about exporting bar and study data, put only one study on the chart and only one study.

Provide an image of the chart following these instructions:

Attach the exported data file. Here are instructions:

If this is made too complicated or unclear for us, we cannot help.

I'm using a custom study, maybe that is the problem, if it is I'd like to be able to export custom study information to a text file. The Export Bar Study To Text File is not working correctly when used with a custom study.

Let me clear a few things up:

1) I'm only using one custom study.
2) I have 8 ID's I'd like to export
3) I have more than 8 id's (the ID's from the custom studies to graph) in the text file, and some of the ID's are not making it into the text file. I would like to be able to have the export to a text file be one to one, if it shows up in the chart, I would think that it should also be in the text file.

I only get two of the blue lines in the lower graph (in previous exports I would get three, but I can never get all four in all of my attempts of exporting the data). I also get an additional line from chart 1, which is hidden but still shows up in the text export.

There is also additional (straight) lines that show up in the text file export, even though I have hidden these in the chart they still seem to show up. I have not experimented with deleting the lines, but the text export still picks them up even though they are hidden.

The file you attached has 14 study Subgraphs in it. That is a lot more than 8. What you are saying is in conflict with what we can clearly see in the file. Make sure you look at the bottom of the file for the most recent data.

We have done various updates to the documentation here in regards to setting custom names for the Study Subgraphs, and when a Study and its Subgraphs will be exported or not:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Export Bar and Study Data to Text File

Effective with 1616, Study Subgraphs set to Ignore or Hidden will not be exported.

That's exactly my point, I only have 8 in the chart, and I get 14 out, they are extra points that are hidden. I was able to eliminate the extra columns after chaining them to ignore (hidden does export in version 1613). Things are good now, thanks.
