How to Disable Snap/AutoSnap Function Totally

How can I disable Snap/Autosnap on any tool/function? In other words draw any tool without snapping on a timeframe, date, tool. If I want to draw a tool in the middle of nowhere, how do I do it without it snapping to some time, date, place, etc. I have already unchecked what I can find in the tool settings. I have version 1587. Thanks.

When using a drawing tool, the drawing tool will always be associated with the nearest bar when you left click with your Pointer. We did not explain this completely correctly for the automatic snapping to the nearest bar. This is the more correct explanation: When using a Drawing Tool, there is always automatic snapping of an anchor point to the nearest chart bar when moving the Pointer around the chart and when left clicking with the Pointer. There is no way to disable this.
