Hi, I'm with TopStepTrader and I'm trying out their new platform because they support the JigSaw DOM which you guys don't. However, the SC charting package is one of the best in the business and I would like to continue to make use of your services.

The only way I can connect to both the JigSaw Dom and make use of your service is to subscribe to both the TST platform and your data feed. However, I had to renew my subscription ($33) and activate the real-time data connection ($20 pro-rated) before I could activate the 'Full CME group with market depth for non-professionals.' Unfortunately, I got the attached warning and I thought TST was a SC trading service. Now I don't know what to do. I really want to make use of your service but I'm reluctant to pay professional data fees as they are very steep for a retail trader.

What are my options here? If you cannot assist then can I request a refund please?

Sierra Chart has full Trading DOM capabilities with various market data columns. Refer to:

Customizing Fonts, Colors, Line Styles, and Widths for Chart Trading, Chart DOM, and Trade DOM

If there is anything missing, let us know and we can add that.

Through Top Step Trader, they should have provided you a CTS or Rithmic account. You just need to connect Sierra Chart to that account. Refer to the instructions linked from this page:

In this way you can take advantage of the lower-priced CME exchange fees. You should not have any difficulties with this.

JigSaw shows how many order are being pulled and stacked on the bid and offer. Can that be setup with SC?

Also, In the JigSaw DOM they show me the latest amount of contracts traded on the inside bid / offer at each level. This can be refreshed every 10 seconds of the price hits into that level again. I don't think you offer that? I can attach a short video if you want?

Sorry, lastly - If I do go the Rithmic / SC way then I guess you guys need to refund the $20 I paid for the 'real-time data connection' as I won't be making use of your data connection right? It can just be added back to my SC account

Also, In the JigSaw DOM they show me the latest amount of contracts traded on the inside bid / offer at each level. This can be refreshed every 10 seconds of the price hits into that level again. I don't think you offer that?

If that is not what you are looking for, then we would need to know the specific name of the feature in jigsaw and see what we would need to do to support that.

Thank you, I will take the refund. Can just deposit it into my SC account and I will use it next month for the renewal. I acknowledge the service charge

Thanks for the guidance with Rithmic. Seems like that's going to work. I already set it up with SC. I will give you feedback on the DOM soonest. Thanks for all the help
