CME RT data is missing after payment. Eurex & Liffe RT data are running properly but can't get CME data.And the balance of the account has suficient credit .
Please advice

The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is not active on your account.

If you want to use CQG, then contact your broker about activating the CME exchange on your account. Refer to:

I'd like to get the same data as I used to in July, at that time I was getting exchange data directly from SC . If it 's not the case anymore I'd like to know why cause I've just credit my account( EUR159) to get data...

You need to activate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed here:

However, if you are currently receiving EUREX and LIFFE real-time data from CQG according to what you are saying, we recommend just to continue to use CQG for that data so you do not have to pay the exchange fees again this month. So in this case contact your broker and have them activate the CME related exchanges on your CQG account.

So if I well understand I'm currently getting exhange data ( Eurex & Liffe ) from my broker and not from SC ? If tha's the case, please tell me for next month how to cancel current data and get it from SC.

Yes that is correct.

The way to cancel the current data through CQG is to contact your CQG broker and tell them to disable the EUREX and LIFFE exchange fees on your CQG account. Do this near the end of the month.

Ok, but regarding options ( Eurex & CME), would I be able next month to get it from SC too ?

CME options yes, but not EUREX options.

So really in your case we just recommend using CQG for data.

I'm a bit lost about exchange data ( cqg or SC), can you please confirm me that on july I was using SC data ( please check my account for that month), cause I'm not supposed to get data from my broker right now and I'm live on liffe & Eurex.
