You need to activate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures However, if you are currently receiving EUREX and LIFFE real-time data from CQG according to what you are saying, we recommend just to continue to use CQG for that data so you do not have to pay the exchange fees again this month.
