HOW TO FIX THAT?

Make sure the Use HTTP Proxy option is disabled on the Login window.

I DID THIS AND IT IS STILL DOESNT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

Do you require a proxy server to connect? If not, then disable the Use HTTP Proxy option.
