Spreadsheet data that updates with different time frame data.

I am trying to put data on a spreadsheet that is different time frame than the main price graph. When I put an overlay on the main price graph the source chart changes time frames to match the destination chart. Can I stop that? I tried putting the spreadsheet I am working with on the other charts but that just creates the spreadsheet in the pull down menu, sheet4, sheet5, etc. Then if I reference that spreadsheet on the one I want to work with, the price does not update in the cell that I used reference formula, =Sheet5!AX3. I have tried reading the documentation but can't seem to find the way. So is there a way to get data on a spreadsheet that updates from different time frames? |

What you want to do is documented here: Referencing Other Charts in Spreadsheet Study Formulas You will need to use the Study/Price Overlay study. Then if I reference that spreadsheet on the one I want to work with, the price does not update in the cell that I used reference formula, =Sheet5!AX3. We tested this, and we do see updating of the cell referencing a cell on another Sheet which is changing.
