Hi,

I have found the reason why my StopLoss orders are not triggering at the correct price

please see image,

StopLoss order # 1 is entered through the BitMex terminal , the stoploss price and trigger price are equal as is should be
StopLoss order # 2 is entered through Sierra Chart , the stoploss price I enter in Sierra Chart gets a differend "Trigger" price in the BitMex terminal and therefor will NOT trigger at the Last traded price

the Bitmex terminal has serveral imputs to trigger the stoploss ( last , Mark and Index )
i believe Siera chart set the toploss triggering method to Index and I need it to be LAST

on my Bitmex terminal all stoploss triggering methods are set to LAST
so there must be something that makes Sierra Chart set it to something other then LAST

please have a look at is issue as it is very important to have BitMex trigger my stoploss at the exact level i set it in Sierra Chart

Thank you very much

Hi Nico,

Indeed, the execInst was set to Mark Price. I changed it to Last Price and this will be released in prod ASAP. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello!
Can anybody help me?
I have a same problem. In my Bitmex account trigger price for Stop-loss order is Last price. But when I'm trading with Sierra, trigger price for Stop-loss is marked price. How I can change this? Thanks in advance!
