This indicates a connectivity problem to the CQG server from your location.

Is it possible to use a different Internet connection?

I used another computer with another Internet provider and Sierrachart version - 1467, No delays or other problems. Then I upgraded to 1594 version and got the same problems. So, I suppose the problem is not in Internet connection.

We cannot think of a reason why the version would make a difference.

It would seem to be only coincidental.

How do you have Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >> Allow Server to Drop Data set?

Dear support is there any solution to my problem?

There is not a solution we can provide to a connectivity problem.

We do not think the new version should make any difference. Could you go back to the prior version (1467) and see if it makes a difference. We would not expect that.

Here are instructions:
Software Download: Software Rollback Procedure

You could also consider using CTS and the CTS low-cost connection which uses our own server which might make a difference. Here is the documentation for that:

Here is information about CTS in case you want to have a look:

But you would need to use the low-cost connection model which will have the best connectivity.

I looked at Installer Log history, before 2017-08-01 I worked with 1488 version, No delays or other problems
then I installed 1590 (then 1594) and problems begins.

On your advise I went back to 1488 version and everything works well (no delays),
What should I do with SC updates?

We really do not know what to say about this. CQG really is the only one who could give a proper answer to it.

If an older version is working better for you, then it is best to stay with that.

It makes no sense to us. The newer versions do use a newer version of the protocol buffer definition file from CQG. Maybe that makes a difference. But once again, only CQG would really know why.

We did do a code review now to make sure that a Ping message sent by the CQG server is responded to with a Pong message.
