sierra connection green but data not updating

Hi
Sierra is connected to LMAX but prices are not updating. The following is happening all the time and prices freeze.

LMAX Trading: There has been no activity. | 2013-09-02 08:35:35

all of them just freeze
I installed a fresh copy of sierra and it it still the same
for example now audusd
sierra 0.8977
lmax 0.8989

We have looked over the Message Log. Basically what we see is that the data feed is stopping and then Sierra Chart is detecting this and reconnecting. When you select File >> Disconnect and then File >> Connect to Data Feed, do you then notice that the data feed restarts for a period of time?

We are not observing any problems ourselves.

This problem should now be resolved. We have a new version to solve this. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease now.

I have 2 Sierra Chart

1) Version 1016 with OEC datafeed - working now

2) Version 1020 with Rithmic datafeed - connected, datafeed loaded, but not updating real-time, just freeze

That problem probably still exists.

In regards to post #8. The issue you are describing is completely unrelated to this thread. Sierra Chart supports multiple services with various connection methods. You are not affected by this.

Start a new thread on this Support Board about your particular issue and we will look at it.
