simple price level alert

I would really like to have a simple price level alert tool that i could plant on my chart by right-clicking and entering a level. i would like the tool to then plant a line on my chart of a prescribed color and perhaps a name (the same options we have with most of our studies). It should also (obviously) provide an alert sound. If this is already available and i've missed it please let me know. Using a spreadsheet study is simply too cumbersome and complicated for a simple price level alert, as is having to open Chart>Chart Settings>Alerts and entering a formula. This process should be much easier to use and it think would benefit many users. Again if i've missed it, i apologize, and thank you for letting me know.
