I just paied at my SC Account for 12 months Package 5 and cancelled monthly paying of this package at my broker AMP. Will this work after at AMP cancel this service?

Hello, I paid for 12month Package 5 last month but it does not work as of August 1.
The log says my current service package does not support e.g. Volume By Price etc.
