new PC, easy way to tranfer chart settings to new PC

Hi, bought new PC, windows 8 I`ve downloaded Sierra with same password etc, however my settings are missing. Is there a way to recover them? without have to redue each individual cart and study? Thanks in Advance scott Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-04-03 15:03:38
