Range bars problem

Hi, I have Sierra Charts version 1568 and I have a problem with range charts. I have a chart in 3 tics range, with number bars study on it. The strange thing is that they are 4 tics bars, which is the normal, but also there are 5 tics bars. That way, the chart is unusable. How can I fix it? |
