Hi,
I do not currently subscribe to ICE real-time data but still like to watch some of these markets day to day. The chart data, however, is sometimes a day or two old and not updating even on a delayed basis. Is this normal? I mean a 15 minute delay or so is understandable for a non-subscriber but it seems weird that I should have to go to the internet to get more timely data than what I get on my Sierra Chart feed.

Yes this is normal. But there is a solution to it. You could reconnect to the data feed to get updated data. Instructions:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

You could use the command: Edit >>Download Data From End of Chart when the chart is active.

Also with the SC Data - All Services service we have implemented automatic downloading at a set interval. But we see you are using Interactive Brokers so this would not apply.

Can you enable automatic interval downloading on:

1. Direct broker feeds.

2. SC Exchange Feed, connected to broker feed through trading account.

Also I tried using the methods described above, reconnecting, re-downloading data, but the price does not update even delayed after a long time. Using CQG/SC Exchange Feed.

Last, is there any way to get streaming delayed intraday data for ICE updating in Sierrachart, with CQG or SC Exchange Feed, like it is available on the internet on other sites as OP said? I've heard IB can do this.

In regards to post #3 and 4, can you let us know what symbol you want to have automatically updated. We are trying to understand what the need for this is. Just tell us one of the symbols.

We are not able at this time to provide delayed ICE data.

For example, SB #11 ICE Sugar, CQG current symbol: F.US.SBEK19 . Have not been able to get a price change on that all day since first opened the chart, despite following above steps.

Amp said ICE offered delayed data for a fee of $8, is it possible to get this option on the SC Feed?

Or if using the SC Feed, could it still work through CQG connection?

Just subscribe to the ICE data through CQG. We cannot provide the delayed ICE data.

Will this solution through CQG for delayed ICE data still work if using SC Exchange Feed, and new TT routing setup?

We do not understand the question. If you are not going to be using CQG you cannot get the delayed ICE data from them obviously.

1. Will there be a way possible to obtain this delayed ICE data either through SC Exchange Feed, or through the new TT setup?

2. If not, is there a way to maintain a CQG account as is now, and still connect to both SC Feed for other data, and the new TT setup for execution?

1. No. We do plan to offer delayed CME data but not ICE data. For ICE delayed data you will need to use CQG if they offer that data.

2. Yes of course. Just use another installation of Sierra Chart:
Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time

One for CQG and one for the SC order routing.
