Could you please send me my saved sierra platform with all my charts etc from your server from previous trial so I don't have to reformat platform again. I will be buying sierra charts and would like all my saved settings back please. Thanks |

What you are referring to are Chartbooks and these are stored on your local computer and not on the Sierra Chart servers. You should have these, as long as you did not delete your Sierra Chart installation from your previous trial. They can be opened with File >> Open Chartbook.
