I have a chart using universal renko, however today it only did one bar although the range was way beyond the required range for a new bar. I have attached a screenshot I am using sierra chart 1558 |

This is due to faulty underlying data in some way. Either with the timestamps or prices. Right-click on the chart before that bar and select Delete and Download Data. I did delete and download data - it didn't help. I am using the datafeed sold on your website. |

Now that we have run a test, we see the same thing. We will have to look into this. We are not sure though when we can get to this. Universal Renko bars are relatively new and are undocumented. We really recommend using normal Renko bars or Flex Renko bars. For now uncheck Chart >> Chart Settings >>New Bar at Session Start.
