I have an important question for my tading. I have been buying your service because I think your charts are quality charts and you offer a lot of possibilities to plot different kind of charts. Now I need your help to build a type of chart I have found free in demo Thinkworswim that I cand duplicate with your software and I am very strange for this.

Tha attached file "Dax1" is a RANGE STANDAR chart of Dax CFD. The attached file "Dax4" is the same product but in renko bars, taht as you cansee is more clean but I prefer range charts because I fnd more clear setus in range charts. The third attached file is a RANGE MOMENTUM chart of the same product. The difference of this chart that I can't find in your software is the "Momentum" characteristic. As you can see is amixture of the renage and renko bars but with the meausre and setups of range bars. You can see in the file attached "Dax4" the configuration I described. This is the kind of chart I want to buil with your software. How can I get it?

I have been reading in internet the difference about "range" and "range moentum" bars and the only difference you can find it in the point 3:

"Momentum Bars look like standard bars, but are different in four ways:
1. Momentum Bars are all equal in height, based on the Range specified by the user.
2. The open of each Momentum Bar is always one price tick above or below the close of the previous Momentum Bar; since a new bar cannot be started until the specified Range is exceeded. THIS IS THE PRIMARY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MOENTUM BAR AND RANGE BAR CHARTS.
3. Momentum Bar closes are always at the top or bottom of the bar.
4. Momentum Bars charts have no gaps"

How can I do it in your software

Post #2 sounds just like Range bars. Specifically refer to this particular type of them:

http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartSettings.html#RangeBarGapFilled

Refer to the instructions here to set this:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartSettings.html#TimePeriodPerBar

If this does not meet your requirements, then Sierra Chart does not have what you require.
