what did you to the numbers bar colors setting?

on one pc i have it completely different from the other, and i did not change anything in the settings.

picture "nb wrong" shows how it should not be. picture "nb right" shows the proper colors on numbers bar.

it is critically important for me to have proper colors - why it suddenly changed i dont understand but i definatelly want to have it the way it is supposed to be as soon as possible

and the setting is the same on both the laptops - (viz nb setting)

The very first step is to review the documentation for the particular Text Coloring Method :
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/NumbersBars.php#TextColoringMethodsLogic

And make sure the Column # Percent Compare Thresholds Input is set correctly according to what you require and according to how it is interpreted as explained to the documentation.

And check the Color settings and change those as appropriate. You should be able to get the result that you want.

The changes to the Numbers Bar study were required and long overdue and were absolutely essential.

They are explained here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer1558

From your screenshots, it really is impossible for us to know what the exact settings are because they cannot be fully seen and what you want to do. This is why we referenced the particular relevant documentation.

The only relevant changes are to the names of the different Background/Text Coloring Methods which has no effect on the coloring. And how the Column # Percent Compare Thresholds values are interpreted. With the thresholds, .01 is always considered 1%. This is important for consistency.

The color settings you already set always remain the same.

If you needed help, you could have provided us your Chartbook and we could have looked at what you have and made the necessary threshold adjustments.

If you previously were using Text on Dominant Side we did verify that the coloring logic did not change at all other than the interpretation of the percentages from the Column # Percent Compare Thresholds Input setting.

Here is the updated documentation for that text coloring method under its new name:
