I signed up for a free trial with CME Data for NQ ES TF YM and Euro....Can someone please help me ASAP...you guys were highly recommended but thus far this has been a daunting task. In addition , I am using the NQU17 "symbol is unknown" however, I'm using the symbols provided. Nedra |

Since you are using CQG, you need to connect to your CQG account, following these instructions here: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions You will need to contact your broker and make sure they set your CQG account to meet these requirements: CQG Trading Platform Service: CQG Account Requirements Let us know when you have the connection. At that time you can open a chart through File >> Find Symbol >> Futures. You will need to use the CQG symbols. The reason this is difficult is because of CME requirements. They set the rules.
