Since you are using CQG, you need to connect to your CQG account, following these instructions here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions


You will need to contact your broker and make sure they set your CQG account to meet these requirements:

Let us know when you have the connection. At that time you can open a chart through File >> Find Symbol >> Futures. You will need to use the CQG symbols.

The reason this is difficult is because of CME requirements. They set the rules. Not us. Refer to:
