I've looked through the website support documentation and I see I have to be enabled for the ability to record audio alerts and pay a small fee per alert. How do I enable this feature on our account? Thank you, |

This service cannot be enabled on your particular Admin account because it is a reseller type account. You need to use the account that you use to log in to Sierra Chart with. Or any other account.
