Hi

an idea came up to add felxibility to the study interface
allow setting study "command line parameters" to the study at the time it is added to the chart's study list

why required ?

if you want to make the study trade many accounts - every time another account
and you want to avoid recompiling to change the hard coded init values (not smart... not efficient)
it could be great if i have few (e.g. 5) "command line" study's paramteres at the time i add the study

then after during study's launch it may read these "command line" parameters which will direct/control its behavior

this mechanism will add much felxibility to any study

INI file and SQL DB table won't assist in case you want to run 2 or 3 studies concurrently
as there is still the need to tell the studty the confuration ID it should load and this may be achieved
thru the new interface i'm thinking about

Not sure why this question is being asked. This is the whole idea behind study Inputs. Study inputs can also include strings as well.

We have nothing more to say.
