Sorry for another dumb question, but would like to place 'recenter line' at top of row, vs through the middle of numbers. Is this possible? The edit options are blanked out in Global and local preferences...

Okay, no problem... if placing the line between rows is difficult, or not possible, maybe just give an option to lighten the line, change it to dots, etc.. Thanks!
