When I sign into Sierra Charts i keep getting a message that tells me I need to add money to my service balance. I have looked this up and can not find a reason that I am receiving this message. I also get a message that my service time is almost up and i need to purchase more time. I understand this and will purchase more time. But could you explain to me what the service balance is and why I need to add to it? Thanks |

Usage Time is renewed using the Services Balance. At the moment you have a Services Balance of 1.58 USD, but you need to have at least 33 USD to be able to renew your currently selected package at the currently selected period, so you are asked to make a payment of 32 USD to bring your services balance to above 33 USD.
