When I sign into Sierra Charts i keep getting a message that tells me I need to add money to my service balance. I have looked this up and can not find a reason that I am receiving this message. I also get a message that my service time is almost up and i need to purchase more time. I understand this and will purchase more time. But could you explain to me what the service balance is and why I need to add to it? Thanks
