Buy stop and buy limit orders not showing

Good afternoon, I have a short 6J position on my account, and I had one buy stop and one buy limit orders around it, both GTC. They don't show on my platform anymore, even though I can see them on Dorman's CTS website. Could you please contact CTS or see what's wrong, so we can get the orders visible back on my screen?

We have heard from CTS on this. There is an apparent problem they are looking into.

The orders do exist and should be provided through their FIX connection but are not. Either that or there is some problem with the status of them.

There is progress being made on the problem, but if these two orders are intended to be in an OCO group, that functionality is not going to work if they were entered from Sierra Chart because our server can no longer manage them.

If this is the case, watch them closely and once one of them fills, then manually cancel the other one.

Thank you Sierra. Could you please just ask them to cancel my two buy orders, the buy stop and the buy limit, and on Sunday night I will put new orders around my position through the platform.

We should have the problem resolved in a few hours.

After going over this with CTS we think this is a timing issue. This is an undocumented issue and really is not proper behavior on the CTS side but we can reliably work around it.

What is happening, is on the SC server, the program that connects to the CTS FIX server subscribes to a trader account and then immediately after requests the open orders and historical fills. There needs to be a delay after subscribing to the account.

Once we have the problem solved, you should then see the orders. At that time you will need to cancel them and you can submit a new OCO order and we will give you specific instructions on that.

We have the problem now resolved and have explained to the underlying issue to CTS. Whether they do anything further or not, it does not matter because we have reliably worked around the issue.

We are going to deploy the changes in about 15 minutes and you will then see the orders. At that time we want you to cancel both of those orders and submit new Attached Orders following these instructions here:
