We should have the problem resolved in a few hours.

After going over this with CTS we think this is a timing issue. This is an undocumented issue and really is not proper behavior on the CTS side but we can reliably work around it.

What is happening, is on the SC server, the program that connects to the CTS FIX server subscribes to a trader account and then immediately after requests the open orders and historical fills. There needs to be a delay after subscribing to the account.

Once we have the problem solved, you should then see the orders. At that time you will need to cancel them and you can submit a new OCO order and we will give you specific instructions on that.
