Hello,
I seem to have a wrong setting. the daily chart is fine but when use a lower time frame this what I get: second screen shot

Is there some adjustment that I can make so that shorter time frames will populate the screen?
Thank you

Do not use the Point and Figure study. Instead use the Point and Figure Bars Bar Period Type iin Chart Settings. Refer to the documentation here:
Chart Settings: Time Period Per Bar / Amount of Data Per Bar (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period menu)

The most important thing to do is to use a small box size.

Not sure what you mean by 'don't use p and f' study. Use p&f bars. do you mean p and f ophlc bars?
this is still not right notice the screen shot the bars are bunched on the left of the screen

I would also like to know why the x and 0 does not work. This what I am familiar with.
Will the x and 0 give a false reading?
has Scierra any plans improve this?
Thank you,
charlie

In the case of Intraday data, increase the amount of data in the chart. Refer to:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data

That should solve the problem.

Not sure what you mean by 'don't use p and f' study. Use p&f bars.
What we are referring to is the Bar Period Type >> Point and Figure Bars in Chart >> Chart Settings.

No.
