Hi Support team, this morning when I opened the chart, the font size became unreadably small. I click on Global settings but I cant change the font size there. Please help! Thank you, Carol |

Why cannot you change the font size through Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Fonts? If it has no effect, then you need to set it through Chart >> Graphics Settings >> Fonts. Thanks for your reply. However, in both your methods, the font size cannot be adjusted... I am using a magnifying glass to help read the charts! Please I really need to resolve it! Regards, Carolina |

It is not clear to us what the problem is. Can you go to the Fonts tab, select Chart Text and press the Select button. Provide a screenshot of this. You may have to select a different Font. Hi I tried this already. I can change some of the font size in the chart through this way, such as the words on the top and bottom of the page. However the main concerns are those numbers indicating the time line and the index level of the charts.
