normally I use remote desktop access to use SC in my PC A which is in remote location. Now for some reason I am unable to access PC A. Also, I can't connect my account through SC in my local computer. Any fix to it pls? There's no such problem in Thinkowswim, IB workstation. Basically I just wanna connect in SC while it has an existing conne3ction. thanks. |

If you want to overcome this CQG limitation, you will need another CQG account. Or use CTS and the low-cost connection model that Sierra Chart supports: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/CTS_T4.php#SetupInstructionsForAdvancedLowCostConnectionModel You will also need a direct account: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DirectAccount.html Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
