I sent the whole log.

I do not use CQG through Sierra for Trade Routing. I only use it for charting. I do not understand why it will not connect. I have a 2nd instance open, which appears to have connected ok.

What I did before this happened:

I opened Sierra early on Saturday morning. I learned how to create weekly charts of day session only data.

I did it first on an oil chart, converting a historical chart to intraday bar only 7-0-0 and it worked fine

Next a historical S&P chart. Here I noticed the data file only went back to November 2016. I changed that back to November 2012, and made the other changes to convert it to a weekly chart of day session only. That data never downloaded and I disconnected.

That error message is from CQG. The other instance you are referring to is a sub instance which will always be able to connect to the main instance.

If it is any help I can't connect to CQG through Sierra charts today. My broker is AMP Futures. They must be doing maitenance or it might be down.
