version 1014 does fix things
I now have attached orders on open positions being canceled out of no where !!

Can you confirm these orders are actually being shown as canceled within the T4 front end trading program as well?

Maybe you are already aware of this, but if the Attached Orders have a Time in Force of Day, then they will be canceled at the end of the trading day.

the best I can tell is that

somethimes orders disappear while they still exist on the frond end
but when a partial fill happens and the attached orders should be updated, they disapear on the frond end as well

ps: all my orders are always "good till canceld" orders

I just tested it on YM
selling a 5 lot while there are only 3 being offered at the bid

attached orders are NOT added, so this situation leaves me without SL and target !!!

this is the error messaged that followed

I'm not getting the feed...keeps searching my 976 version works but with missing chunks of data so i'm using that.
Will try again later...maybe a CTS thing...

However, could you go to the Logs subfolder in the folder that Sierra Chart is installed to and send us the latest CTS FIX log over to support AT Sierra Chart.com so we can send it to CTS. This is appreciated. We are sure they will get on top of this problem right away. Or at least advise us what is going wrong.

So check the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders tab and look for the order you submitted and make sure there is a Price1 set unless this is a market order. Is it a market order? Let us know what you see.

We can see that on the Orders tab of the Trade Orders and Positions window that the order price is 0 for the order that received this error. However, this is after order report from the FIX server which may have set these to 0. Our testing is showing that this looks to be a server-side issue.

Go to the folder on your system where Sierra Chart is installed to. In that folder go to the Logs folder. You will see a file like this:
CTS FIX 2013-08-23 192251.log

Send the one with the latest date and time to support __AT__ Sierra Chart.com.

i have sent some log file with today date
there are more but these files are so large i cant sent the by mails

We have the log file and we have identified the relevant portion of the file and we are sending it to CTS.

However, it is clear the problem relates the server side OCO orders. We disabled those in the second revision of 1014. Please update again by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease and you will not have this problem.
