delay of the spreadsheet study

hi there,

I am using your platform to catch some real-time futures data, however I find there is around 15sec delay for the spreadsheet to display the new line, may you please support, thanks!!

ok, now I test again, it's around 5-10sec delay. let me clarify.
I am using 5min data, with aided by the built-in spreadsheet function.
As you know there is a clock right on top of the title bar, normally if there is no delay, right at the moment 10:05:00, 11:45:00 (for example), it will display a new line.
However it does not go in this way.
Please kindly support.

What actually you are referring to is a new chart bar and it does not make sense that it immediately occurs at the beginning of the chart bar timeframe. Refer to:
