I don't believe this is an option currently but it would be very helpful in marking off levels with some user entered text. The only available option right now is price.

the modify text does not seem to work with Horizontal ray. Text button is frozen for horizontal ray but works with a horizontal line or line

We do not know what you mean by the "Text button is frozen". The ability to add text to a Horizontal Ray is available and works. You just need to right-click on the drawing and then select the option Modify Text.
