Charts not moving

My charts is not moving today. The clock is correct and moving , but no data movement. My computer closed last night and closed everything but that shouldnt be an issue. Any idea why?

Ok, I actually use TOS for charts not IB, I wasnt sure on what to use when I initially set up SC. I just changed my settings to TD ameritrade though, and am still having the same issue. I have been trying to get the file I attached set up all week, and finally got it only to have this issue now. Very frustrating.
Can you please help me get this set up. It is a TPO profile for the ES.

I am currently using tos for my es charts and not paying a monthly fee. I do not need the DOM, I just need to use SC for the es tpo chart. Is there not a way I can achieve this by not paying an extra fee on top of the sc monthly Package?

Is there any way I can renew my trail period? I am currently trying to get data to use the TPO chart. Have been struggling to get it set up all week and have yet to really test it out, which is the sole reason I would be using SC.

Your account has been activated and/or reset.

If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends, you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".
